Ten Years Plan Projection: Ondo Connects New Era Apprenticeship And Empowerment Sponsorship Programme For Self Employment And Financial Stability

The Ondo Connects New Era Apprenticeship and Empowerment Sponsorship Programme is designed to support every Ondo indigenes both male or female who are not financially buoyant or stabilised with means of livelihood due to the current economic hardship being experienced in our society.

The lucky screened and successful candidates will undergo training for any handiwork trade of their choices at the expense of Ondo Connects New Era Charity Organisation which is estimated to cost between five hundred thousand naira (#500,000.00k) to one million naira (#1,000,000.00k). This will allow them to actively perform and adapt to a new lease of life with an enhancement of work equipment after completion and necessary graduation / freedom.

The apprentices who complete this self independent scheme are expected to train another two candidates each free of charge for Ondo Connects New Era Charity Organisation as a mutual understanding and required obligation for their sponsorship. This will assist and encourage us to help more people in our heritage for self employment, financial stability and comfort.

2020: We anticipate sponsoring between 5 -10 candidates with the belief that at least 5 will successfully complete their interpersonal skills training that will make them self employed and financially independent.

2021: 5 completed apprenticeship candidates to train 10 new apprentices.

2022: 10 completed apprenticeship candidates to train 20 new apprentices.

2023: 20 completed apprenticeship candidates to train 40 new apprentices.

2024: 40 completed apprenticeship candidates to train 80 new apprentices.

2025: 80 completed apprenticeship candidates to train 160 new apprentices.

2026: 160 completed apprenticeship candidates to train 320 new apprentices.

2027: 320 completed apprenticeship candidates to train 640 new apprentices.

2028: 640 completed apprenticeship candidates to train 1,280 new apprentices.

2029: 1,280 completed apprenticeship candidates to train 2,560 new apprentices.

2030: 2,560 completed apprenticeship candidates to train 5,120 new apprentices.

In conclusion, we register our profound gratitude to all indefatigable Ondo Sons and Daughters for their inestimable pillar of financial support for Ondo Connects New Era with meaningful contribution and genuine love which they have extended for the advancement of building ‘New Ondo Town’ for our future generations to emulate the good deeds with the ability to support one another as brother’s keeper which is more costly but profitable in this life: ‘togetherness we can achieve it’.

If any of our blessed citizens will like to be part of this noble initiative with spectacular development, they should please feel free to get in touch with us. May the Almighty God continue to bless and replenish every sponsors / donors account abundantly … Loud Amen.
